Transport to Henri Coandă International Airport (OTP)

Located 16,5 km north of the city centre, the airport is easily reached by a variety of transport options. Many travellers opt for one of the 2 express bus services: the 780 or 783. You can catch the 780 from the main train station, Bucharest North railway station (Gara de Nord), and the 783 from many of the bus stops downtown. Another option is the Henri Coandă Express, a combined transfer service by train then minibus from the main train station. Taxis are available, but it’s best to prearrange one, either online or via your hotel, to avoid unlicensed drivers.
