Time to think conditions

1.1 During an online booking, Time to Think (TTT) can be bought for the selected flight for a maximum period of 3 days. 

1.2 During the TTT period, the fare at the moment of booking for the selected flight will be reserved, including the fare conditions. 

1.3 The exact duration of the TTT period is given when taking the option, and will depend on the moment of booking, destination and fare conditions for the selected flight. 

1.4 The price for taking an option varies per ticket and is additional to the price of the ticket.

1.5 After purchasing TTT, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address that has been provided. To confirm the booking, follow the link in the e-mail and proceed to online payment. If the TTT period is more than 24 hours, a reminder via e-mail will be sent before expiration of the TTT option. 

1.6 Once the TTT period has expired, the option will automatically be cancelled. 

1.7 KLM’s General Conditions of Carriage are an integral part of these conditions. 

2.1 TTT is non-refundable. An option is strictly personal and non-transferable.

3.1 Your name and e-mail address will be used in accordance with the KLM privacy statement.
